Markus Neff has spent his life cooking in the mountains. After many years in Saas-Fee, he now works with his old friends in the mountain restaurant Gütsch, high above Andermatt.

Up in the mountains, where nature and weather play a decisive role, being and cooking is unpretentious, uncomplicated and clear. Sitting on the terrace and allowing time to stand still. The mountains give originality, the power of architecture is captivating.
