Nicolas Darnauguilhem, the head chef of La Pinte des Mossettes—awarded 17 GaultMillau points, 1 Michelin star, and the title of GaultMillau Green Chef of the Year—is coming to Abländschen.

The gourmet restaurant is small and intimate, with just 14 seats, and is known for its cuisine featuring regional products, vegetables from its own gardens, and select ingredients from around the world.
