At the Trois Tours restaurant, Romain Paillereau cooks a cuisine with strong characteristics: explosive flavors, finesse and freshness. Over time, close relationships have developed with like-minded producers and it is important to the chef to continue this valuable collaboration in Bourguillon.

Bourguillon is a well-known place of pilgrimage, both spiritually and gastronomically. Just a stone’s throw from the city center of Fribourg, you will find yourself outside of time. The Restaurant des Trois Tours sits enthroned in the middle of a peaceful bubble surrounded by greenery.

This patrician building from the mid-19th century offers gourmets a privileged setting. The entire interior was redesigned in 2021 to offer visitors a complete sensory experience. The warm and sober atmosphere, flooded with a gentle soundscape and cleverly selected fragrances, serves as a jewel box for the promise of awakening the taste buds.
