Les Grandes Tables is an association of chefs from across the country who share the same passion: quality of cuisine and service. Our members share a common goal — to promote Swiss hospitality professions and gastronomic cuisine, both nationally and internationally. We attach great importance to healthy eating and are actively involved in training, to pass on our expertise to future generations.
We want to energise our association and strengthen its reputation, at home and abroad — bringing in new talent and new ideas while respecting our deeply rooted values, and committing ever further to health through cuisine.
